Embroidery is delicate, and we are hoping for your gentle care. Although we would prefer you to wash your clothes by hand, we know you are busy, so you can wash it on a gentle cycle of 30 degrees in the washing machine. But no tumble dry, you are not that busy! Iron on low heat and your clothes will look like new for a long long time. Obviously, wash dark colors separately.

Care for embroidered clothes:
○ Delicate wash on 30C, ideally in a washing net to keep tassels
○ Drying: tumble dryer on a low/gentle mode;
○ Do not dry clean;
○ Iron from the underside

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition - it must be in all tags and unused - we can't accept it. If we do not accept the package, the buyer will have to pay for the shipping.

If your package was returned to us as unclaimed we'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order. 
Redelivery will cost 10€. The delivery cost is not refundable.

The package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 6-8 weeks from the posting date and tracking does not work.
We will fill in the claim about the loss on our own.

All items are wrapped in craft paper and beautiful boxes. If you need a gift, please add a gift wrapping option to your cart. You will still get the same silk paper and branded box, but we will do a double-boxing (so an inner box would come in a giftable condition FOR SURE). Otherwise, the package will come in a compostable mailer. We don't use any plastic in our packaging.
